ADRC's Stepping On

A seven-week class to help adults reduce falls and stay active. In this interactive weekly class, learn about balance and strength exercises, safety at home, and ways to be strong and steady wherever you go.

Ageless Aerobics

Elcho Fun & Fit

A low-impact, core strengthening class that focuses on toning, balance, breathing, and social interaction. Class meets every Tue & Thu, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m., in the lower level of the United Church of Christ, N11291 Dorr St, Elcho. MKz Women's Health & Wellness for the mature woman

Clara R. McKenna Aquatic Center

Competition and warm pools, perfect for low and high intensity exercise. Located 111 Western Ave, Antigo. Hours: Mon-Thu: 5:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., Fri: 5:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Sat: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Sun 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. Pool schedule for open swim and group fitness classes can be found here.

Aspirus Health & Performance Center

The Aspirus Health & Performance Center is a medically-based fitness facility offering monthly WelFit memberships. WelFit is an exercise program that gives anyone the opportunity to exercise under the guidance of Aspirus Langlade Hospital staff. Persons participating in the WelFit program will receive an individualized exercise program, updated every 4 weeks, to insure progress is continually made toward fitness goals. City of Antigo Park & Rec Programming for Seniors

A variety of activities throughout the year around the City of Antigo including Pickleball, basketball, skiing, biking, tennis, and more.

Elcho Community Fitness

Elcho School offers its community many options for fitness, including pickleball, group fitness classes, and fitness center (membership required).
