Clara R. McKenna Aquatic Center

Aspirus Health & Performance Center
The Aspirus Health & Performance Center is a medically-based fitness facility offering monthly WelFit memberships. WelFit is an exercise program that gives anyone the opportunity to exercise under the guidance of Aspirus Langlade Hospital staff. Persons participating in the WelFit program will receive an individualized exercise program, updated every 4 weeks, to insure progress is continually made toward fitness goals.
