CARE TimeBank

Connecting Antigo’s Resources Effectively (CARE) TimeBank is a way to connect a community through the exchange of work, not with money but with time. 1 hour = 1 credit. Credits can be used for a service. Got questions or want to be involved? Call Marie at 715-610-0339 or attend one of the monthly potlucks held the first Monday of every month, 11a-1p at the Antigo Public Library.

Volunteer with the ADRC-CW

Aging & Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin (ADRC-CW) has several opportunities to volunteer, including office administration, leading classes (requires training), Medicare open enrollment, dining sites & meals on wheels. Call: 715-627-6247.

Antigo Public Library

Locations in White Lake, Elcho, and Antigo, the Antigo Public Library seeks volunteers. APL also offers free meeting space for non-profit clubs and groups. Contact the Director at 715-623-3724.

Habitat for Humanity of Langlade County

Under new leadership, seeking volunteers to assist with building homes, home modifications for mobility-impaired individuals. Call: 715-627-7307.

Antigo Garden Club

This non-profit organization was formed in and is open to everyone who likes to grow things. The Garden Club meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 5:45 pm at the Antigo Public Library. They also have how-to workshops, projects and fundraisers. Call 715-449-2775.

Antigo Bike and Ski Club

Memberships open to all bike and ski enthusiasts. Join for semi-annual meetings, Geezer Rides, group rides, and Monday night ladies rides. Membership application at website.

Senior Center of Langlade County

Located at the Health Service Center, 1225 Langlade Rd, Antigo. Group fitness classes, coffee & conversations, knitting & crocheting, games, and live music are regular offerings. Call 715-627-6632 or email LangladeSeniorCenter@outlook.com for more information. Membership is $10 annually.

Langlade County Historical Society

Volunteers are needed who can come in periodically or on a regular basis. For more information call the museum at 715-627-4464 and speak to Mary Kay Wolf. 

North Central Health Care

Many opportunities to assist clients and residents of North Central Health Care. Based on Wausau, with centers in Merrill, Antigo and Tomahawk, volunteers can chose from a long list of services, program and projects to assist departments with recreational outings and activities, beauty shop, pet therapy, swimming, church services, transportation and much more. Jack Lake Silent Sports Association

Jack Lake Silent Sports Association is a 501c3 non-profit organization established in 2019 to better build and maintain the Jack Lake Mountain Bike Trails at Jack Lake Veteran’s Memorial Park. Check out snowshoeing, trail runs, and night bike rides.

Antigo Community Food Pantry

Aspirus Langlade Hospital Volunteers

Anyone, men or women can be a hospital Volunteer. We are looking for individuals who want to share their unique talents and are interested in sharing their time for a few hours per week or periodically. Call: 715-623-9455.

Boys & Girls Club of Langlade County
